Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 2–4 business days of receiving payment, dependent on stock availability.

During peak periods or product launches, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods

Domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle (depending on location and size).

Delivery times vary by region and are estimates only. We are not liable for delays beyond our control once items are handed to the carrier.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be clearly stated on the product or checkout page.
Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct - GAS20 Industries cannot replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon shipping. We do not provide insurance on shipping services.
Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

For pre-order or limited-edition products, estimated delivery dates will be shown on the product page.

If an unforeseen delay occurs, we’ll contact you via email with an updated timeline.
Lost or Delayed Parcels

We’ll assist with carrier investigations, but please note that once dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
