Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 2–4 business days of receiving payment, dependent on stock availability.

  • During peak periods or product launches, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

 

Shipping Methods

  • Domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle (depending on location and size).

  • Delivery times vary by region and are estimates only. We are not liable for delays beyond our control once items are handed to the carrier.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

  • Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be clearly stated on the product or checkout page.

 

Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct - GAS20 Industries cannot replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon shipping.  We do not provide insurance on shipping services.

Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

  • For pre-order or limited-edition products, estimated delivery dates will be shown on the product page.

  • If an unforeseen delay occurs, we’ll contact you via email with an updated timeline.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at gas20industries@hotmail.com.

  • We’ll assist with carrier investigations, but please note that once dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
