Sales & Pricing

  • All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, and availability without notice.

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and provide a refund or alternative option.

  • Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery

Returns & Refunds

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL):

  • If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

  • To request a return, contact us within a reasonable period of receiving your order. Proof of purchase is required.

Change of Mind & Sizing Issues:

  • Please choose carefully. We are not required to offer a refund if you change your mind or order the wrong size.

  • At our discretion, we may offer an exchange or store credit for unworn, unused items in original packaging. Shipping costs for change-of-mind or size exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Gift Cards, Discounts & Promotions

  • Gift cards and promotional codes are valid only for the specified period and subject to any additional conditions stated.

  • They are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be used in conjunction with other offers unless stated.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

Loyalty Program - Fuel Points

  • GAS20 Industries offers a rewards program (“Fuel Points”) for eligible purchases.

  • Points are earned on net purchase value (excluding shipping, discounts, and taxes).

  • Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

  • Redemption options, point values, and rules may change at our discretion.

  • Points may expire after a set period or if the program is discontinued.

  • We reserve the right to revoke or adjust points in cases of suspected misuse, returns, or cancellations.

  • The Loyalty Program is offered at our discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Site, including logos, graphics, product images, and text, is the intellectual property of GAS20 Industries or its licensors. You must not reproduce, distribute, or use any material without our prior written consent.

Liability & Disclaimer

  • To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the ACL.
