Refund Policy

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees that our products:

  • Are of acceptable quality

  • Match the description and images provided

  • Are fit for the purpose we’ve stated

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. These rights cannot be excluded.

Change of Mind & Wrong Size

  • Refunds are not required for change of mind or incorrect size.

  • At our discretion, we may offer an exchange or store credit for unworn, unused items returned in original packaging.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery (domestic) or 21 days (international).

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs on change-of-mind or wrong-size returns.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Have all original tags and packaging intact

  • Be returned with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

  • Gift cards and promotional codes

  • Personalised or limited-edition products marked as non-returnable

Process for Returns

  • Provide your order number and reason for return.

  • We’ll confirm eligibility and issue return instructions.

  • Package your item securely and return it using a trackable service.

  • Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange, store credit, or refund (if applicable).

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law (e.g. if the item was faulty).

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Faulty or damaged

  • Incorrectly supplied (not what you ordered)

We will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund, replacement, or store credit at your choice. Please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for shipping costs, duties, and taxes on change-of-mind or wrong-size returns.

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping where reasonably required.

Final Notes

  • GAS20 Industries is not liable for returns lost in transit — please use a trackable service.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the conditions listed above.

  • This policy is in addition to, not instead of, your rights under the ACL.
